Loot groups for DWB are all out of whack so that the chances for Jet pack components are extremely low as com paired to live. On Core3 there is one loot group with 4-5 possibilities of different drops. On The Rising there are 3-4 loot groups with 4-5 possibilities of different drops from each making the percentage way off.
