[Epic] Phase 1 — Record, solo (Human-to-Nobody) #5

Description

@iret77

Epic — Phase 1: Record, solo (Human-to-Nobody). The adoption opener (R4): immediate solo value with no network effect, validating the whole crypto capsule on a low-risk case.

Use case: a manager records "I made decision X today, reason Y" — a milestone for the record.

Deliverables

  • proof.identity@1 (custodial DID/key, human only) → proof.identity@1 — custodial DID/key (human) + vault #6
  • proof.signer@1 — signature suite, key stays in the vault
  • proof.store@1 (implementation per ADR-0004)
  • proof.record solo tool (0/omitted parties ⇒ self-memorandum)
  • UI: proof inbox (/proof) + receipt detail (/proof/:ref) + confirm dialog
  • Void-on-unavailability behavior specified + implemented

Done (plan.md §7 Phase 1)

A non-IT user records something, sees "✓ Recorded", finds it in the inbox, sees zero crypto — and an auditor can expand the technical receipt.

Blocked by: Stage A (#1) — ADR-0004 (store), ADR-0005 (DID), custody scale (R11); Phase 0 (#3).
Refs: plan.md §7 Phase 1, §2.1, §5.3.
