Rename to Evidence and added a minimum length to the field to the summary field in the hope that it prompts people to start providing evidence of edits that they make. Far too many evidenceless edits.

Sadly still needed due to another rise in edits being made without any evidence at all (one thing to give poor evidence, it's worse to give nothing) |
