Publish TransXChange parser as package

Hello, I think it would be beneficial to me and others if the txc parser could be published as a package separate to bustimes, as it is reusable code (like you said) and would save me from fighting with my own implementation. I know this is something you have said you might do, so just wondering if you had plans to do so at some point. Thanks

Maybe. But have you tried pytxc? I haven't tried it and I don't know how fast it is, but it looks quite proper

personally i haven't tried it, but someone i know has and they say it is missing quite a few features that your parser has (eg bank holidays), so i ended up writing my own anyway. however mine does not include stuff like getting dead runs or all the different cases, so it would be nice to have something that is complete and works for all

obviously i can't just take your code (especially because my project is for A level) so a proper package would be beneficial but i understand that it is time consuming and not your main focus
