run in windows 11 22H2 then it perform a strange view

When I hit Run, it shows a BumpTop desktop with high brightness, high transparency (but not full transparency), and high exposure. I can even see my Windows11 desktop wallpaper through this app.
when I use compatible mode to run this program as windows 8 it does not work

Very strange view, indeed.

I noticed that: there are 116 forks of BumpTop. Some forks looking so fresh ... maybe, it can help you ;)

Also, if you are cool c# developer and big BumpTop fanboy, just debug the code and fix the bugs :

1. high brightness,
2. high transparency (but not full transparency),
3. high exposure.
