Move from staging to production

Do we still need credentials?

@christoph-maurer @simon-wacker We don't have any plans in the immediate future to move IGSDB V2 to the igsdb.lbl.gov domain name. At this point we need to keep them separate for several reasons.

@christoph-maurer / @simon-wacker -- supporting @danielmcquillen that we do not propose to move the v2 world to igsdb.lbl.gov any time soon. V2 is still in development, and we want a stable environment, which v1 represents, until we are confident that v2 is ready. We have many users of v1 that we don't want to disrupt unnecessarily.
