As of 2022, the version of Expectorant for Android on Google Play from 2010 works on fewer and fewer modern phones. It used to look like this:

Then on some phones it would be weirdly scooched down, like this:

And now on my Pixel 6 it's crammed into the upper left corner and entirely unusable:
