Could you please advice me on hardware requirements to run efficient-evolution? I mean size of RAM, GPU (models and RAM), number of CPU. I would like to run this program for proteins 300-400 aminoacids long. So far, my jobs have been killed after python reached 6.8Gb of RAM (total RAM 8 Gbytes). SOrry that I came up with this question. I havn't found this information anywhere.
