Update documentation for Let's Encrypt

Hi,
the file structure for the nginx configs has been changed, see https://github.com/brian7704/OpenTAKServer-Installer/tree/master/nginx_configs
It would be great if the documentation for Let's Encrypt could be changed accordingly.

The docu mentions to swap

ssl_certificate /home/your_username/ots/ca/certs/opentakserver/opentakserver.pem;
ssl_certificate_key /home/your_username/ots/ca/certs/opentakserver/opentakserver.nopass.key;

in ots_https and in ots_certificate_enrollment however the line changed to

    ssl_certificate SERVER_CERT_FILE;
    ssl_certificate_key SERVER_KEY_FILE;

furthermore in ots_https there are two occurrences of these, I guess I only have to swap it for the server :443 and not :8843, correct?

SERVER_CERT_FILE and SERVER_KEY_FILE are supposed to be automatically replaced by the installation script using the sed command. If you still see them in ots_https or ots_certificate_enrollment the installer must have encountered an error.

Correct, only use the Let's Encrypt cert for port 443 and 8446 but not for 8443.
