Allow deletion of models from web ui #68

Hi, first of all, great work! makes downloading/verifying and tracking models a breeze. I'm enjoying the docker release. Is it possible to allow deletion of individual quants from the web UI? For example, I'm testing the variations of unsloth's GLM 4.7 on my machine and your tool makes it easy to batch download and verify, but it doesn't seem like I'm able to remove select quants? Just one delete button for the whole model at once.
If i'm being stupid fair enough, but if not this would be a great feature, if possible. Perhaps being able to toggle/select quant files in the repository details view pane? I wasn't sure whether deleting the friendly symlinks from the system would wipe the quants too, I assume not and following them to their associated blobs is a pain.

PS. Also it's a separate issue, but while I'm on the subject, it doesn't seem like dismissing cancelled/finished jobs from the active jobs panel is persistent. Refreshing the page or restarting the container pops the progress back. Just a minor thing.
