Power off display enhancement

On e-Ink devices, display an indicator that the power is off after using the off option in Launcher

Solutions
As part of the shutdown process fist display one of these:

1. Text saying the system is off.
2. The default image for power off from Lilygo (at least on T5)
3. Text from file on SD card
4. Image from SD card.

I made it display Launcher Boot screen when pressing "OFF" button, I like that, if it is not showing anything, than I need to figure out why it isn't showing..

I can Add a "Power Off" label somewhere in it, but I don't think it is really helpful 😕

If somewhere down the line,you could add support for a custom graphic from SD that would be cool, but in no way essential.

The powered Off label is very helpful, because it is obvious the device is in an intended state, not simply crashed or the battery gone flat, for example. Thanks again.
