The file ist not part of the Git repo.

Thank you! This file is optional. For now, you can install the free Mitov.Runtime that contains the file. I will see to removing the dependency in future versions.

But a ZIP file with 683.772.kB (MitovRuntime_VCL_8.0.147.zip) is for me to much for one file I need to install.
