[PM-30305] Unlock with PIN not showing as being enabled after setting "Require master password on app restart"

Steps To Reproduce

1. Open the Android app
2. Tap Settings
3. Tap Account security
4. Toggle unlock with PIN code to on
5. Set PIN
6. Tap Submit
7. Tap Yes to Require master password on app restart

Expected Result

The Unlock with PIN code setting will show as enabled

Actual Result

Unlock with PIN code does not show as enabled

Additional Context

The PIN code is enabled, and it can be used to unlock the vault.

Once the app has been restarted, it will Unlock with PIN code as being enabled
