Advanced EU compliance and BitPay module in PS 1.6.1.x

I have a similar issue, as one reported with EU Legal module. This BitPay module is not enabled in the Advanced EU compliance module in displayPaymentEU hook.

I believe it is a simple fix for this to add, can you make the respective change? I can test it immediately at my site to verify its operational state.

It would make a lot more prestashop sites to accept bitcoin payments. You don't want us to go rather with LITEcash option, do you... :)
