Anychance to increase runner Cores to like 25 or 30 or even more? #170

The runner host has 16 cores, with one used for system, one for flamegraph (i.e. perf record) and 14 dedicated to the Bitcoin Core node under test.
Hi team, I'm working on a bitcoin/bitcoin PR to extend MAX_SCRIPTCHECK_THREADS to more than 15, which means my PR needs more cores to test. I saw the local run part is WIP, so any chance to provide more cores to runner?
