I'm trying to use TIGER Geocoder 2013-f40b8923-1e01-4432-b445-f68cc2af56eb-ami-f67f119e.2 - ami-52543d3a and I'm getting an error that this AMI is no longer available to new customers.

Is there an AMI that is available?

The only AMI that comes up on a marketplace search for "Tiger" is a commercial one that charges $1/hr minimum. There is no free-of-charge AMI as described in the guide.
