Typos in "Transport" section

From an email from a student, have not verified them:

14. Transport 4: Congestion Control II: on page 15 and 16, the title should be Fast Recovery: Windows with Fast Recovery

15. Transport 3: Congestion Control I
    on page 36, Efficiency line: X + Y = 5, should be "Efficiency line: X + Y = 1"
    on page 38, (0.7, 0.5) is inefficient should be "(0.7, 0.5) is congested"?
