Support user-defined badge criteria #650
Description
Currently the badge shown on the app icon on the Home Screen is meant to indicate the number of goals with less than a day of safety buffer (beemergencies). There is no way in the app for the user to disable the badge. Furthermore, some users might benefit from including more goals within the badge count, for example by including goals with less than three days of buffer or less than the akrasia horizon of seven days of buffer. A more complex variant could be to include all goals for which the safety buffer is less than the goal's lead days.
