To release the following important fixes and updates to Production:

• Error during document upload: file is too large or not the correct file type Document upload fails during NOC period with misleading file size/type error #1165
• Bug: Incorrect new expiration date when renewing an expired registration Bug: Incorrect new expiration date when renewing an expired registration #1167
• CR: During renewal, if "Strata Hotel Category" is shown, then automatically set "Property/Unit Type" to "Strata Hotel" CR: During renewal, if "Strata Hotel Category" is shown, then automatically set "Property/Unit Type" to "Strata Hotel" #1145
• Examiners unable to view some documents uploaded by users Examiners unable to view some documents uploaded by users due to application referencing missing files #1152

   • Upload valid PDF → success
   • Upload oversized file → correct “file too large” error
   • Upload invalid type → correct “invalid file type” error
   Examiner UI
   • Uploaded document appears
   • Document opens without errors
   B. Expired Registration Renewal (Bug: Incorrect new expiration date when renewing an expired registration #1167)
   • Select expired registration
   • Complete renewal
   • Validate:
   • New expiration date = current date + correct renewal period
   • No legacy date logic applied
   C. Auto Set Strata Hotel Type (CR: During renewal, if "Strata Hotel Category" is shown, then automatically set "Property/Unit Type" to "Strata Hotel" #1145)
   • Trigger renewal where Strata Hotel Category appears
   • Confirm:
   • “Property/Unit Type” auto populates to Strata Hotel
   • Field behavior matches design (locked or editable)
   • No impact on non Strata renewals
   D. Examiner Document Visibility (Examiners unable to view some documents uploaded by users due to application referencing missing files #1152)
   • Upload documents via user portal
   • Log in as Examiner
   • Validate:
   • All documents listed
   • All documents open
   • No 403/404/500 errors
   • No broken previews

3. Quick Regression Sweep
