Testing: comprehensive script to test WebVH in Traction

• Setting up a new issuer
• Migrating an issuer to WebVH
• Issuing/revoking WebVH credentials
• Issuing/revoking Indy-based credentials when WebVH support is started
• Verifications
• etc.

Quick update: we’ve started a mini WebVH E2E harness with profiles in Traction (feature/webvh-e2e-harness) to support the testing scope in #136.

Short plan overview

• Phase 1 (now): stabilize a new-issuer-webvh profile for the core end-to-end path (create issuer DID, publish schema/cred def, connect, issue, verify, revoke, verify-post-revoke).
• Phase 2: extend the default all profile with additional scenarios (existing issuer migration + mixed WebVH/Indy coverage).
• Phase 3: harden assertions/logging and make profile runs CI/sandbox-friendly for repeatable regression checks.

Goal is to land a reliable, profile-driven harness first, then expand scenario coverage iteratively against the full checklist.
