missing features:

• tag filtering: select some tags, than filter picture list to include only those with selected tags;
• group tagging: select some images, then edit tags for all at once;
• line editor to enter new tags.

implemented basic tag editor that allows to toggle existing tags,
but rely on external editor to enter new tags.
