how to build on Windows?

trying to build on stable branch. I run the scripts/build.sh
(and some of the others just in case...)
but \libs\ofxunicode\include\ofx\unicode.h(15): fatal error C1083: Cannot open include file: 'linebreak.h': No such file or directory

any help?

I am interested on the addon just to fast process text, count words, fill to csv files...etc
Is that the intention of the addon or there's another recommendation?
