Import Command

Would you consider writing a command which imports existed permissions in the yaml files? At the moment the permissions are saved in the database. An import Command would be very handy, plus it would give us a full list of the available permissions, something that is currently missing as well.

Thanks for the question. So you're referring to an "Export permissions from an existing group" command?
