[FEATURE REQUEST] Add support for file mount points

Hi, I was wondering if you intentionally omitted support to specify file mount points (be_group.file_mountpoints) and if so can you explain why?

Adding (basic) support for file mount points should be fairly easy. I could provide a PR for that

Good question why I didn't do this.

I am almost inclined to say, that - if this feature would be added - I'd love to have:

fileMounts:
  - name: "Uploads"
    identifier: "1:/user_upload/"

and we do not rely on the DB state but actually would create these objects on-the-fly (if possible) without touching the DB. I do think this might be possilbe.

Yeah something like that would be awesome!
But I think this would take much more time to implement. I had a quick look in the core files (v12) but couldn't find any possibility to hook into the availability of Storages. I'm afraid that this isn't currently possible without the core providing any events.

You don't need to hook into storages, but only sys_filemounts.

If I see that correctly, this method will provide the list of file mounts for the backend user:

TYPO3\CMS\Core\Authentication\BackendUserAuthentication::getFileMountRecords()

How would you hook into the existing code, so we can provide a mount without an actual DB record?
