Add markdown support to messages for formatting

• Add a kludge line ^ACONTENT-TYPE: text/markdown; charset=utf-8 to outgoing markdown messages (maybe just a checkbox to enable this)
• If the reader sees the content type is markdown, render the message through a markdown parser.
