Missing usage docs

Hello, I have exactly zero experience with R, but I'd like to use this project. What is the easiest way I could run it? I found that I need to put my data into dummy_student_preferences.csv (or change the reference in scripts/main.R), but how do I run the project then? When I run R in the project directory, the dependencies are installed, but that's it...

Hi @mvolfik, thanks for raising this and apologies for only seeing this now! I'll write-up some documentation on how to run this in the next few days and then notify you when I manage to. 🙂

@mvolfik I've updated the README.md now to point to the specific script that shows you how to run the project.

In the future, I hope to turn this code into an R package so it will be easier to run. However, that'd require more time. Hopefully what I've done so far is sufficient for now?
