Handle multiple intents in the same sentence

The idea is to be able to detect multiple intents in the same sentence such as: "turn the lights on in kitchen and turn off the TV".

Interpreters already returns an array of intents so the only question left is how we should split the sentence into one or more parts separated by some words?

Maybe we could try an approach using https://github.com/explosion/spaCy POS capabilities if it doesn't need too much memory.
