[BUG]: relies on deprecated and vulnerable packages

Describe the bug.

The following dependencies are no longer supported, some of reported as vulnerabilities:
@oclif/errors@1.3.6
mkdirp < 1
inflight@1.0.6
@hyperjump/json-schema-core@0.28.5

Expected behavior

Adding the package to the project does not trigger deprecation and vulnerabilities reports.
