Running processing.pde

Hello,
I'm a bit confused on how I'm supposed to run the .pde application. I uploaded the MEGA firmware for my Arduino mega, and then opened processing.pde in the Arduino editor, I get various errors when compiling it, therefore I think I did something wrong.

processing.pde is a Processing sketch, not an Arduino sketch.

Exactly what @yoursunny said is correct, @Ax6 you need to use processing with the *.pde files! (really in the past the *.ino file were .pde so the arduino ide support also them but this is another story)
I am sorry that i am answering only now, I missed this post!
Also i would like to say that the interface for the ARDUINO MEGA is not perfectly working because I was waiting a pull request from @sancho11 which never arrived
