Roadmap for `v3.0.0` 📣

Hello chartjs-plugin-dragdata community! We have a roadmap for v3.0.0 release, which will include the following:

• dragging boundaries of polar chart segments (Feature request: dragging of the segment boundaries for the polar charts #128)
• adding support for the dataset parsing option (dragging not working when using parsing-option #124)
• dropping the auto-registration behaviour of the plugin & updating the docs
• adding support for pie charts (pie chart having Error  #102) 🌟
• v2.4.0 is finished & published (Roadmap for v2.4.0 📣 #161)
