Roadmap for `v2.4.0` 📣

Hello chartjs-plugin-dragdata community! We have a roadmap for v2.4.0 release, which will include the following:

• additional setting that controls the drag behaviour separately for x and y axes on a per-dataset level (DragX / DragY option per dataset #160)
• opt-in feature to apply the magnet while dragging (current behaviour is only applied on dragging end) (apply magnet during the drag operation #50)
