dragging not working when using parsing-option

Summary
When using the parsing option to use other fields than 'y' inside the dataset the dragging is disabled.
The events OnDragStart or OnDragEnd are occuring but the configured value is not changed.

Expected behavior
It should be possible to drag the points :)

Hello @StefanTurbine! Thank you for the report, I must admit that I haven't seen this chart.js feature yet, but certainly it is in the docs and thus we want to have it! We will include this in v3.0.0 for sure.

If you have time, it'd be great if you could help with a PR!
