CPU Tuning (TDP) Setting Type doesn't update frequently (or at all via the UI) even when clicking refresh

Hello! Something that has been a little weird with this application would be that the TDP doesn't update to 35 from 25 when plugging it into power. It's supposed to do that and I'm pretty sure it is, but it just isn't updating even when I click the refresh button. Anyways, I have attached a very recent log file since that may be able to help you. I took a look at it too, but I don't completely understand it, which is why I'm creating this.
