NEW FUNCTIONS:

  • augmentedRCBD.menv - Combined analysis of augmented RCBD in multiple environments (using fixed effects model).
  • augmentedRCBD.mix - Analysis of augmented RCBD in single and multiple environments using mixed effects models.

UPDATED FUNCTIONS:

  • report.augmentedRCBD.bulk - Fixed issue with use of "DF" as a trait name because of duplication with "Df" or "Degrees of freedom" column name. Fixed warning messages for GVA.
  • print.augmentedRCBD.bulk - Fixed warning messages for GVA.
