Release version 2.14.0

I want to release the next version.

I'm not familiar with the release cycle, so sorry if I'm wrong.

Some of the work is already in progress, but I trying to move forward with the rest.

diff: v2.13.0...main

• bump chart version Update Chart.yaml #590
• bump image tag version in manifests chore: image tag uses the default .Chart.AppVersion #606
• create tag 2.14.0
  • release
  • publish chart (problem: latest in chart is 2.12.0. but, 2.13.0 exists in the chart's github releases.)
• run publish-docs workflow

Please also add a bullet point to publish the documentation (it seems to be a manual Github action and as of now, the currently published documentation does not include the Dependency Track integration).

When pulling the latest chart v2.14.0 the image tag is 2.12.0 as here while the app version should be 2.14.0
