Inconsistent data in ccd.pkl and ccd.rdb

I extracted features for the same protein (both structure and sequence) using the feature extraction parts of the training pipeline and the inference pipeline, respectively. However, I found that the values of the conformer in the atoms field are inconsistent between the two.
Will the emergence of this problem affect the final result?
Could someone please explain why this happens? Thank you!

Hi, thanks for your interest in our work. When extracting features, we use atom filed from https://boltz1.s3.us-east-2.amazonaws.com/ccd.rdb. Can you share the script you used for feature extraction so I can take a look?
