GT-157 Add option to completely drop messages from banned DNs #184
Description
It would be useful sometimes to be able to completely drop messages from banned DNs (rather than saving to reject) when they're flooding us.
This would require the SSM receiver to read the banned DNs list as at the moment the banned DNs list is just used as a negative filter on the DNs list that's handled by the auth component.
