Can we Set different volumes for the same EditedMediaItem in Transformer/Composition Player

Suppose we have a 1 minute long video, we want to set the volume for the first 15 seconds at 0.25 of normal(1.0),
Then next 15 seconds at 0.5 , then next 15 at 1.5 and last 15 seconds at 2.0

The question is like we can set different speeds for same EditedMediaItem can we have different volumes for the same EditedMediaItem
