Thank you very much for your scripts, they are of great value. I have some problems running the script runMrisPreproc.sh, ERROR: no source hemi specified. Could you help me please?

Hi Julia,

Apologies for the late reply! Have you tried running it without any variables, e.g., running the entire script by specifying "lh" and "rh" after the --hemi option? It could be an issue with the shell scripting, if you are trying to run it in bash.
