Specs-derive

Hi,

In amethyst we want to re-export specs-derive, but it doesn't work with the way we re-export specs
(amethyst::ecs).

The problem is that with that solution you still need to add the crate to your Cargo.toml.

I'm not too sure, I was looking through the recent stabilizations to find things related to macro exports. I didn't really dig much into how it works and if it solves the issue.

Issue addressed by amethyst/shred#103
