any suggestion on how to analyze the features from different method?

I have changed model structure, say from resnet to mobilenet. Sure the performance became worse. But I want to analyze and especially visualize their feature's difference on same image. Maybe there should be methods to help me? To be more clear, to visualize the in_w=20 x in_h=20 sized feature maps's difference?

Are there some open-sourced codes which I can learned from? Thanks in advance.
