Trying to build opencv library using cygwin with crossbridge gcc compiler version on Windows

Hi,

I just want to know if you really have been able to produce an opencv build repository with with the crossbridge gcc.

I had no luck building it so far and I am on Windows.

I also have trouble understanding $(ALCEXTRA)/usr/bin to where it points
