I just installed dispatch on my macbook.
Running the list command, this is the output:
dispatch list

Where en0 is the WiFi and en6 is Ethernet. I'm trying to use dispatch through 2 interfaces of the same network because I have 2.5 Gbps optical fiber connection, and I can use 1 Gbps from the Ethernet and roughly 800 Mbps from the WiFi.
Said so, I run dispatch with the following command: dispatch start 192.168.1.18 192.168.1.13.
I tried to run multiple speed tests and unfortunately all the traffic is redirected just to the Ethernet interface.
Here is the proof looking at the consumed bandwidth (Matteo-WPN is the wireless network):
