Cloning entities

Feature enhancement: I'm going to look into adding this locally, but thought this might be a useful feature.

In addition to the View and Edit options for an entity, it would be useful to be able to have a 'Clone' option - create a new entity with exactly the same properties as the existing entity, the clone is then opened in edit mode.

One way to achieve this - though as yet I make no claims as to this being the best approach - is to have the clone process export the entity to be cloned, remove the eats_id attributes from the entity element and its children, and then import that EATSML.
