QC app UI improvement ideas

1. Adding floating header w/ file name to QC app → facilitates tracking of which file you’re working w/
2. specifying whether images are radiological left
3. fixing the contrast for certain landmarks (some are really dark and hard to see any structures)
4. collapsable tips and tricks section on left (avoid weird spacing when resizing browser window)
5. create option for interpolated images

A few minor suggestions for the tool for a version down the road: (1) flip the AP visualization. Convention seems to have anterior towards the left; (2) I think it makes the most sense to default in the view that is centered on the AFID in all three views while allowing for the interactive visualization for slices moving in each direction away from that center
