Template Descriptions #19
Description
Initially raised in the afids-validator issue board (afids/afids-validator#78) - looking to add descriptions of the template! After some discussions with the validator team, we thought it might be best to have these descriptions added to the protocol, which we can refer the user to (as suggested in the linked issue).
