Hi, my name is Alex. Currently, I work as a research scientist at the Iowa State University.
During my Ph.D. at the University of Warsaw, I initiated work on the SURPASS model and knowledge-based forcefield, building on the simplified protein structure concept suggested by Prof. Andrzej Kolinski. You can check out his impressive work here.
