Dialog Disappears on Device Rotation 2

When I perform this sequence of events:

1.   Click on "..." (More Options...)
   

2.   Click on "Settings"
   

3.   Click on "Delete Cache"
   

4.   Orientation Change
   

The dialog on screen disappears.
