ImportError: cannot import name 'patterns'

I run into this error which I believe can easily be fixed by removing the patterns from the import statement in the urls.py file.

I'm afraid that this library is rather unmaintained these days, but I'd be happy to merge a PR fixing this issue.

Okay it's actually a bunch of issues that I've managed to fix from my fork and it's due to different py versions.

No it seems to be working fine now with the few python 3 changes
