[Feature] Add superadmin ability to send emails to registered users #165
Description
Overview
Currently, a super admin can not send emails using HackPortal. They must rely on third-party apps and need to manually comb through an email list to send emails to one of the three groups.
Proposal
A super admin should be able to send emails to registered users. The super admin should be able to pick what groups these emails go to (hackers, mentors, volunteers, or any combination of the three)
Supplemental Information
This feature should be available to superadmins only, under the “Admin” page. Full email functionality, including image attachments and formatting, should be available.
